We’re excited to announce the launch of Professional Services: a dedicated part of our organization that will aid you by offering expertise in your feature flag adoption journey. Through these services, we will help you accelerate your adoption of today's best software delivery solutions and dramatically tighten the feedback loop between you and your customers
At the inception of the Professional Services team earlier this year, we sat down to brainstorm what the role should look like within the company. We sought to address why the team would exist and its goals. What we want is to create successful software engineering teams by illuminating the art of the possible and making clear the path to achieve it.
What are the offerings?
We are releasing four paid engagements for our customers:
Platform Readiness
Duration: One week
Focuses on standing up the LaunchDarkly platform. It focuses on process and guardrails for the organization, how to architect applications and services within the platform, empowering teams with custom roles, and much more.
Application Readiness
Duration: One week
Aimed at standing up the SDK quickly and effectively and enabling feature flagging for a given application. This engagement helps the customer ensure reliable, repeatable, and scalable SDK Implementations.
North Star (Available 2/1/2023)
Duration: 60 days
Geared toward specific value drivers and feature management use cases. This engagement helps customers realize the value of feature flags and how to implement them depending on a specific use case. North Star offers a customized and consultative approach as it guides customers on their digital transformation journey with workshops and shoulder to shoulder work.
LaunchDarkly for Developers (Available 2/1/2023)
Duration: Two days
Live training is an interactive, hands-on workshop featuring content from the LaunchDarkly Academy. During this workshop, you will explore the platform from standing it up to all the features that make LaunchDarkly the leader in the space. You will also get a review of all topics and information about LaunchDarkly best practices for implementation at the end of the session in our mission debrief.
Each of these engagements focus on a different part of your LaunchDarkly implementation journey and will help you achieve key milestones during it as well as provide you with best practices.
