The Users dashboard is vital for our customers to get insight into what experience a user is seeing. We’ve gotten feedback from many customers that finding users who meet certain criteria (like a specific attribute, or who was seen recently) has been challenging. So, this year we’ve invested in the User dashboard to add more configurations to help our customers find the specifics they need to understand users and the way they interact with their applications.

Looking Forward
Over the last year, we’ve had a surge in visits to the Users dashboard. We are seeing customers evolve how they are using LaunchDarkly, and as part of that they are using the Users dashboard in their day-to-day operations. Looking to the future, we are planning on continuing to invest in the Users dashboard. We will be looking to build out new views into a user’s experience with your application, how we target user objects within LaunchDarkly, and more.
