This topic explains how to disable SSO for your LaunchDarkly account.

Disable SSO

You can disable SSO at any time. When SSO is disabled, any existing members will still be able to sign into LaunchDarkly with their previous passwords, or reset their passwords.

Users that were provisioned through SSO will be required to reset their password in order to sign into LaunchDarkly.

To disable SSO:

  1. Log in to LaunchDarkly with a LaunchDarkly Admin organization role, or an Admin or Owner base role.
  2. Click the gear icon in the left sidebar to view Organization settings.
  3. Click Security and scroll to the “SSO management” section.
  4. Click Turn off SSO. A confirmation dialog appears.
  5. Click Turn off.
